Rebuilding the Gooseneck on the Drumbeat

The Drumbeat is a beautiful, 174' luxury sailing yacht charter boat out of New Zealand.

We had the opportunity to work on this high performance luxury Dubois Ketch to rebuild the gooseneck, which had degraded over time. The gooseneck handles the crane on board that picks up, moves, and launches the dingy, as pictured above.

S3 replicated, fabricated, and installed a beautiful replacement gooseneck out of stainless steel for the Drumbeat, making their crane fully operational before they set out on the Pacific.
