Thank you and your excellent staff for work performed above and beyond what could be practically expected by any boater. It started with a failed new piece of equipment that after four months of not functioning the manufacturer finally recommended your organization to us. My first contact was with Mike Tobin via mobile phone from Sucia.

I was hanging from our radar arch to get an adequate mobile signal to be able to reach Mike.  We were about to leave the US on an eight-week trip to Desolation Sound and points beyond. However, without this equipment the trip would have to have been canceled or significantly modified. Mike was able to arrange to send David to Roche Harbor within two days.

David’s technical analysis of the issues was thorough, accurate and efficient. I have managed technical staff most of forty-four year professional career.

He had the situation in hand the first day he was there, in addition to addressing a different set of problems for another customer at the same time. He had flown up that first day, but was not able to get a flight the second day. So in addition to going to the shop to get the appropriate parts for both, he drove back the next morning via ferry and worked until the last ferry that night. His work ethic, was amazing. He solved the multiple issues with our equipment in addition to installing components on the other boat. David is scheduled to address a different issue for us on the same equipment this next week.

I strongly recommend S3 Maritime for any project on any boat.

I again would like to express my sincere thanks to you and your outstanding crew for your service and support during the build of the project “CHARLIE” for the past 5 months. Your support was again extremely beneficial with installing the many electrical and mechanical systems. This one was even more challenging with the automation side of things.

This project would not have been a success without your participation and very long hours.

The vessel will reach its final destination next week and I plan to meet the vessel and bring it back alive. I know that once again I can rely on your phone support even though I will be on the other side of the world.

It was great to work with you and your crew again. Your professional services helped my Annual Maintenance go seamless. Thank you very much. I feel your guys worked above and beyond to have my projects complete within the time frame allowed. I know at times, it was not an easy task to work around the engine technicians, but Seamus and Jason made it happen. Your guys did a great job tearing down my PORT Engine, parting the shaft from the transmission, and pulling off the massive exhaust. Once the repairs were complete, your guys came back in immediately and put me back together. I would also like to thank Les for the strenuous task of going through all of my electrical panels, load testing my batteries, and checking all configurations of my ASEA power panel.

There seems to be “nothing” that your crew can not, or will not do. You are the most kind and courteous full service facility and crew that I have had the pleasure to work with. Keep up the great work, and again, I hope to stop through in the near future.
